Include the concept, where you want it placed, approximate size, and any reference images. That information lets us estimate the correct time block and route your request to an artist whose line weight, shading approach, and composition style match the idea.

When the schedule allows, we can accommodate same-day consultations. For tattoos and most piercings, booking is recommended so the right artist and station are available, jewellery sizing can be prepared, and the time block is protected. If you arrive in person and we cannot see you immediately, we will suggest a near-term slot and the quickest way to confirm details.

Most consultations are short and focused. The key outcomes are: a confirmed direction (style references and subject), a placement decision that respects anatomy and movement, and a realistic estimate of session time. For more complex custom pieces, we may recommend a longer consult so we can discuss composition, negative space, and how the piece will read from a distance.

Small adjustments are normal and are handled before the session starts, during the stencil stage. If the concept changes materially—new subject, different placement, major size change—we may need to re-scope the time block and reschedule. That protects line quality, saturation, and healing predictability, rather than forcing a rushed finish.
